Kelly Lamb

Kelly Lamb currently serves as an Associate Relationship Manager in External Supply Chain for Snacks at General Mills, having joined the company in August 2023 after serving as an Associate Category Manager for Value Added Ingredients. Prior experience includes roles at 3M, where Kelly held positions such as Global Category Lead, managing additives and surfactants, and Sourcing Analyst for USAC Chemicals, overseeing surfactants, biochemicals, and related commodities. Kelly began at 3M as a Global Strategic Sourcing Intern in 2019, contributing to projects that enhanced process efficiency and inventory management. Earlier experience includes an internship at Uline focused on market analysis and product development. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020.
