Matt Salter is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as VP and Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand at General Mills since March 2012. Notable roles include Vice President of Marketing for Europe & Australasia, where Matt managed brand strategies across multiple business units, overseeing over $2 billion in annual retail sales. Previous leadership positions include roles at Southern Cross Austereo and Fosters Group, where Matt drove significant brand and product developments. Educated at Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Matt is also actively involved in philanthropic efforts as a Board Member of The Salter Foundation and a Committee Member at the Commonwealth Golf Club.
