Nathan Gruman

Nathan Gruman, PG, CSP, currently serves as the Safety, Environmental & Sustainability Lead at General Mills since July 2019. With prior experience as the Corporate Health & Safety Director at Bay West LLC and roles at General Mills as Safety & Environmental Coordinator, Gruman has developed a strong foundation in safety and environmental management within the global food industry. Previous positions include Senior Safety Specialist at Braun Intertec Corporation and various geoscience roles, including Staff Geologist at West Central Environmental Consultants and Petrographic Technician at American Petrographic Services. Gruman began professional career as a Product Manager at J. River, Inc., overseeing software connectivity solutions. Gruman earned a BS in Geology from the University of Minnesota in 2004.
