Sourabh Singhal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at General Mills since October 2012, currently serving as the Commercial Accounting Lead for India and Asia Distributor Markets, focusing on financial control, international reporting, and compliance across various tax and statutory requirements. With a robust background in financial management and accounting, Sourabh has held various roles as Finance Controller for both the IMEA region and India, where responsibilities included implementing GST and UAE VAT, as well as overseeing internal audits and transfer pricing. Prior experience includes leadership positions at K S Oils Limited, where Sourabh managed corporate accounts and ERP implementation, and at ICICI Bank, overseeing secured lending and credit quality assurance for SMEs. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
