Stefanie Nolby has over 20 years of experience in consumer insights and market intelligence, currently serving as Consumer Insight Sr. Manager for Foodservice at General Mills since 2010. In this role, Stefanie has built a strong track record in developing innovative consumer strategies, including the co-creation of a natural/organic vision for General Mills that significantly influenced brand direction. Previous positions at the company include Global Consumer Insights Manager across various sectors, where Stefanie successfully drove growth initiatives and consumer engagement. Before joining General Mills, Stefanie held the position of Research Director at GfK Custom Research North America, managing numerous national and international research projects, along with experience at Orman Guidance Research in research administration and hospitality coordination. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
