Erwin Montilla is a seasoned loan officer with extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving at General Mortgage Capital Corporation since March 2018, specializing in jumbo loans for residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions. In addition, Erwin has been an associate broker at Homeland Realty & Investments since July 2005, contributing expertise in loan refinancing and purchase money loans as part of a direct lending subsidiary. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of San Agustín, obtained from 1977 to 1981, Erwin possesses a strong educational foundation to support a successful career in finance and real estate.
