Alberto Marquez

Alberto Marquez is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on controls and automation in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Controls Lead at General Motors since August 2015, Alberto has held several roles including Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Paint Shop Controls Engineer. Prior experiences include positions at Kawasaki Robotics USA as a Controls Engineer and at Global Automation Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer where responsibilities involved developing and debugging software for painting systems. Alberto's earlier career includes significant roles at FANUC Robotics, where extensive work on PLC and HMI software for automotive paint systems was conducted, along with experience at FANUC Robotics Mexico focusing on electrical and HMI software for robotic paint lines.
