Cynthia Parker, MBA, MSM, currently serves as a Workers' Compensation/Life Insurance Analyst at General Motors, focusing on managing third-party administrators and overseeing special projects related to regulatory and contractual changes. Prior to this role, Cynthia spent a decade at ATI Physical Therapy as Workers’ Compensation Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing services across 70+ clinics, implementing innovative programs, and coordinating case management. Cynthia's earlier experience includes positions as Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Aquatic Therapy at Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists and roles at Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists and The Industrial Athlete, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Strategic Management from Walsh College, along with a BS in Sports Medicine from Eastern Michigan University.
