Daniel Dub

Daniel Dub currently serves as Senior Counsel at General Motors, providing strategic legal counsel on complex corporate transactions and supporting GM Ventures' investment portfolio in emerging technology startups. Previously, Daniel held the position of Managing Counsel for the Middle East, Africa, and India at Dow, where legal oversight was provided across the region, managing teams in Dubai and Mumbai. Daniel also served as Lead Counsel specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, focusing on significant divestitures. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney roles at The Dow Chemical Company, overseeing legal aspects of major projects and international negotiations. Daniel earned a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
