David Massaron

David Massaron is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance, economic development, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure and Corporate Citizenship at General Motors, David leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's efficiency and community engagement. Previously, David held significant roles including Chief Economic Development and Real Estate Officer at GM, Senior Vice President for Finance and Business Operations at Wayne State University, and Budget Director for the State of Michigan. With additional experience as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the City of Detroit, as well as a tenure at Miller Canfield, David brings a comprehensive understanding of both public and private sector operations. David holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a degree from Michigan State University.
