Donney Hale is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience at General Motors, currently serving as Sr. IT Manager for Software Development since April 2015. In this role, Donney leads a team of 17 IT Developers and Business Analysts, overseeing IT portfolio planning and project execution within the Global Product Development PLM & Program Planning Operations. Previous positions held include Business Planner II and Business Analyst II, contributing to significant initiatives like data center transformations and CAD strategy development. With a strong foundation in engineering and technology management, supported by an MBA from Indiana University and an MS in Management of Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Donney has consistently driven project success and enhanced operational efficiencies throughout a career that spans over three decades in the automotive industry.
