Justin McSharry

Justin McSharry is an accomplished professional in leadership development and organizational learning, currently serving as the Head of Leadership Development at General Motors since November 2024. Prior to this role, Justin held significant positions at Dropbox, including Senior Director of Learning and Leadership Development and Global Director of Learning & Leadership Development, where efforts were focused on creating comprehensive leadership learning strategies.
