Kevin Tierney

Kevin Tierney is an experienced executive in product development quality and cybersecurity, currently serving as Executive Director of Global Product Development Quality at General Motors since April 2013, with additional roles including Vice President of Global Cybersecurity and Chief Product Cybersecurity Officer. As Chair/Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Auto-ISAC since January 2020, Kevin is also involved with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's Cybersecurity Advisory Committee. Prior to General Motors, Kevin held various engineering and management positions at John Deere and Delphi, and operated as a self-employed Information Technology Solutions Consultant. Kevin’s educational background includes advanced degrees from Stanford University, University of Michigan, Indiana University, and Purdue University, culminating in a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
