Shayna Becker

Shayna Becker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic program management and data governance. Currently serving as Innovation Strategy Manager and Enterprise Strategy Program Manager at General Motors, Shayna drives alignment between leadership and individual contributors while fostering employee engagement. Previously, as Director of Strategic Programs and Chief of Staff at Ascension, Shayna worked closely with the Chief Data Officer to enhance operational efficiencies and employee well-being. Shayna has also held roles at Flagstar Bank, where critical data governance processes were designed, and at TransCanada, where complex database applications were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology/Business from Walsh College.
