Vitaliy Liptchinsky

Vitaliy Liptchinsky is a distinguished software engineer specializing in autonomous driving at General Motors since April 2024. Previously serving as the acting head of engineering at Paxos, Vitaliy contributed to modernizing finance through digitization of assets. At Meta, Vitaliy led the AI research platform and infrastructure efforts, while at Facebook, leadership was demonstrated by building AI research engineering sites and advancing automatic speech recognition. Experienced in software engineering roles at Microsoft, IAEA, bwin.party digital entertainment, and SoftServe, Vitaliy holds a Ph.D. in distributed systems from Technische Universität Wien and a Master's degree in applied mathematics and informatics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
