The Service Team at General Parts Group is responsible for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for commercial foodservice equipment. This team includes Service Technicians, Refrigeration Service Technicians, and Field Service Technicians who diagnose and fix equipment issues. Service Support Specialists aid in logistical tasks, while Billing Specialists, Service Administrators, and Service Dispatchers ensure efficient operations and communication. Led by Senior and Lead Service Technicians, along with the Service Manager, the team ensures timely, reliable service to meet customer needs.
