Mary Lynn Candella is a seasoned healthcare recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Recruitment at General Physician, P.C. since October 2018, Mary Lynn oversees the recruiting platform and long-term recruitment strategy in collaboration with a dedicated team. Prior to this, Mary Lynn held the position of Director of Physician and Clinical Recruitment at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from May 2001 to September 2018, where responsibilities included directing the clinical and non-clinical recruitment functions to support the Medical Center's strategic goals. Mary Lynn is pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration at Niagara University Graduate School, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Niagara University.
