Dmitry Turbiner

Dmitry Turbiner is the founder and CEO of General Radar Corp. Dmitry previously worked as a COSMIC-2/FORMOSAT-7 Radio Occultation Antenna Cognizant Engineer at JPL (NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory) from September 2010 to August 2013. During their time at JPL, they led a team of 11 engineers and designed and delivered 30 Flight-Grade phased array antennas for the COSMIC-2/FORMOSAT-7 constellation of twelve LEO satellites. The performance of these antennas is the primary factor that determines the amount of science that the mission returns.

Dmitry Turbiner's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as being a Candidate for Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Dmitry is currently on permanent leave from Stanford.
