David Chien

David Chien has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Underwriter for Individual Life at Gen Re since July 1996, where responsibilities include leading a facultative underwriting team and fostering the professional development of underwriters. Prior to their role at Gen Re, David Chien held positions at MetLife from March 1988 to July 1996, culminating in the role of Senior Underwriting Consultant. David Chien obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University between 1982 and 1986.
