Mike Hillman

Mike Hillman has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Mike started their career as a Field Sales Representative at General Shale Brick in 1992 and worked in that role until 2004. Mike then transitioned to the position of Sales Manager, responsible for the Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville AL markets, as well as overseeing sales operations at the Spring City, TN plant until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at General Shale Brick. Currently, Mike Hillman is the National Director of Retail Sales at General Shale Brick, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to their career in sales, they served in the US Navy as an AD3 from 1984 to 1988.

Mike Hillman attended Emory & Henry College from 1991 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
