Troy Vaughn

Troy Vaughn has over 25 years of experience in the brick and masonry industry, currently serving as the Regional Distributor Sales Manager for the Midwest Region at General Shale since January 1995. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Senior Director of Sales for the Midwest Region at Meridian® Brick from January 2017 to October 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at Boral Bricks Inc from January 2004 to January 2017 and Operations Manager at Franklin Brick Company from January 1998 to January 2004. Troy began the career as an Associate at Reading Rock Inc from January 1995 to January 1998. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands, completed between 1990 and 1994.
