Jim Praklet has a diverse work experience in the tooling industry. Jim started their career as a Lead Toolmaker at Capitol Technologies in 1987, where they specialized in machining, assembly, die tryout, and final die runoff. Jim built various types of dies for companies like Maytag and GE. In 2000, they joined Modineer Company as a Tool Room Supervisor, where they led a team of 12 journeyman toolmakers and CNC tool room machinists.
