Barbara J. McGivney

Barbara McGivney has extensive experience in executive leadership and financial analysis. As the Chief Executive Officer of General Technical Services, LLC since February 1988, Barbara has overseen significant operations and management responsibilities. Prior to this role, Barbara served as Contracts Admin/Financial Analyst at Systematics General Corporation from April 1979 to February 1988, where responsibilities included contract management and financial analysis.
