Ken Czarnecki is an industry advisor at the GeneralHealth Group. Ken was previously with DeCzar from May 2016 to January 2019, where they were semi-retired and engaged in company advisory projects, board of director positions, and non-profit executive leadership. Prior to that, Ken was with CVS Caremark from October 2002 to April 2016, where they served as the Sr. Vice President. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 2500+ professionals, pharmacists, etc. in the $30 B/yr Pharmacy Benefit Management Ops supporting all of CVS Health Clients Benefits, All New Client Implementations, Clinical Benefit setup and maintenance, Client Benefit Business Processes & Tools, Client Benefit Testing and Integration with CVS Health Pharmacy Systems, Client Member Benefit Communications; Coordination of Benefits with Clients, CMS, and Third Party Providers; and Integration to one Benefit System.
Before joining CVS Caremark, Ken was with AdvancePCS from November 2002 to March 2004 as the Sr. Vice President of Member Experience. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 2000 professionals & non-exempts and driving improved Customer Experience & Quality in the $10 B/yr Pharmacy Benefit Mgmt Ops which included four Customer Care Call Centers , three Mail Pharmacies, and Drug Procurement with teams in eight states.
Ken Czarnecki has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin, where they were the recipient of the Deans Award for Academic Excellence. Ken also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
