Claire Rolshoven

Claire Rolshoven is an experienced professional with a strong background in innovation management and customer experience development. Currently serving as an Innovation Manager in Life/Health at Generali Deutschland AG since March 2021, Claire previously held the role of Senior Customer Experience Developer. Prior experiences include a position as a Consultant at BMW Innovationswerk from October 2018 to February 2021, where support was provided to various divisions within the BMW Group by understanding human needs and identifying new business opportunities. Additional roles include Design Research at Gravity GmbH from October 2014 to October 2018 and Account Manager for PR & Kooperationen at SoLebIch GmbH from February 2013 to October 2014. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, completed in 2012 and 2008 respectively.
