Stefan Lehmann

Stefan Lehmann serves as the CEO of Generali Deutschland AG and holds a position as a member of the Group Management Committee at ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI SPA since September 2022. With a career at Generali since 2015, Stefan has also acted as CEO of both Generali Deutschland Versicherung AG and Generali Deutschland Lebensversicherung AG, alongside various leadership roles within the Group's Executive and Risk Committees. Additional responsibilities include chairing the supervisory boards of Cosmos Lebensversicherungs AG, Cosmos Versicherung AG, Dialog Lebensversicherungs AG, and Dialog Versicherung AG since October 2022. Previously, Stefan contributed as a non-executive board member for several organizations, including Proxalto AG and GENERALI INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.P.A. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education certification from The Wharton School, an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and a Diplom-Ökonom from Ruhr University Bochum, complemented by training as a bank clerk at Sparkasse Bochum.
