Thorsten Gomann

Thorsten Gomann currently serves as the Head of Data Analytics P&C at Generali Deutschland AG since May 2020, bringing extensive expertise in data analytics and innovation management. Prior roles at Generali Deutschland Schadenmanagement GmbH included Senior Expert in Data Analytics, Data Scientist for Fraud/Recovery/Litigation, and Senior Controller for Claims. Prior to that, Thorsten Gomann worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Sales Controller and in Processes and Controlling Claims, and earlier at Deutscher Herold AG in organization and data development for claims as well as a claims handler for property. Thorsten Gomann holds a Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, completed in 2016.
