Shuchi Malik

Shuchi Malik is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in IT transformation, governance, and portfolio management. Currently serving as VP of IT Transformation at Generali Global Assistance since October 2023, Malik previously held various senior positions at Mattel, Inc. from November 2014 to October 2023, including Senior Director of IT Business Value Management, where responsibilities included managing a $60M+ portfolio investment plan and leading strategic IT initiatives. Prior to Mattel, Malik worked at OSI Systems as Senior IT Project Manager, overseeing large-scale global IT projects, and held roles in technical writing and instructional design at several organizations, including STMicroelectronics and NIIT. Shuchi Malik earned a PGDBM in HR and Finance from the FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
