A significant tenure at Allianz Utama from January 2017 to August 2021 included various leadership positions, such as Managing Director (Deputy CEO) focusing on operations, IT, and finance. Earlier career highlights include roles as Chief Actuary at Allianz and Generali Life Insurance Indonesia, along with key positions at Great Eastern Holdings, Aviva Asia Limited, and PCAlife Japan. Soon Chin holds a Double Bachelor Degree in Applied Finance and Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
