Alessandro Via is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, service design, and customer experience across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as Group Head of Digital Marketing at Generali since January 2025, Alessandro previously held the position of Group Head of Digital Services, Strategy & Innovation for the Travel Business Unit at Europ Assistance from July 2022 to December 2024. Prior roles include Head of Service Design at Generali Italia, co-founder and Strategic Advisor at Mirai Bay, and a managerial position at BIP, where significant projects were led in various sectors including banking, travel, and telecommunications.
