Danielle Imperato

Danielle Imperato is a seasoned expert in sustainable innovation and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Group Head of Sustainable Innovation at Generali, where they lead efforts to elevate the company’s sustainability leadership. Previously, Danielle held significant roles at McKinsey & Company, guiding major corporations and private equity firms in achieving ambitious sustainability goals while specializing in emissions tracking and investment strategies aligned with the UN SDGs. Danielle has also worked at Goldman Sachs and founded The Provence Experience, demonstrating a strong blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. A Harvard Business School alumna, Danielle earned their MBA with Distinction after completing a Bachelor of Arts at Duke University.
