Francesca Antenucci

Francesca Antenucci is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR and Organisation at Generali since August 2023. Previously, Francesca worked at Bloomberg LP from December 2008 to July 2023, where roles included Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR Global People Services for EMEA, Head of Contracts & Exchanges for EMEA and APAC, Head of Exchange Market Data Team for AMER, Contracts Team Leader for EMEA, and Contracts Coordinator for EMEA. Francesca's expertise encompasses leadership and coaching, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion, along with managing large teams and overseeing global HR operations. Francesca holds a Master’s Degree in Renaissance Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, and Bachelor’s Degrees in International Economics and Economics from Università Politecnica delle Marche and ESCE International Business School, respectively.
