Giorgia Russo

Giorgia Russo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization and workforce planning, currently serving as the Head of GHO Organization & Workforce Planning at Generali since February 2019. In this role, Giorgia has played a pivotal part in developing the post-pandemic smart working model for Generali Country Italy, collaborating closely with top management to tailor solutions for various functions and managing multiple project streams.
