Karin Arzt

Karin Arzt serves as the Head of Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing at Generali since January 2014, having previously held roles such as Head of Group Leadership Training and Head of Group Change Management. Prior to Generali, Karin was the HR Director for People Development and Employer Branding at Indesit Company, overseeing internal communication and recruitment efforts. Experience also includes positions at Vodafone IT as Talent & Development Manager and HR Business Partner, and various HR roles at Philip Morris Italia, including Supervisor Management & Organization Development. Educational qualifications encompass a high school degree from Narrabundah College, a Bachelor’s from Università Bocconi, an advanced program at IMD, and ongoing studies in Authentic Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
