Fatma Hedeya

Fatma Hedeya is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Europe Head of Talent Management and previously as the Talent and Career Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Holcim since November 2014. Prior roles include Talent and Career Director for the Middle East & Africa, HR business partner for Geocycle's commercial and support functions, and senior specialist in country compensation, benefits, and data analytics. Fatma began their career at Lafarge Egypt as a Country Recruitment, OD & Talent Management Specialist and has also worked as an English Language Instructor at Berlitz Language Centers and as a Product Specialist at Coloplast and Johnson & Johnson. Fatma holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cairo University.
