Matteo Bossi

Matteo Bossi is currently the Head of Control Functions People Business Partners and oversees Reward, Performance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations at Generali Head Office, a role held since 2023. Previously, Matteo served as Head of Reward, Performance, and Labour Cost at the same organization and as an International HR Business Partner at Generali Global Corporate & Commercial from 2019 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Matteo was a Labour Law & Industrial Relations Specialist at Europ Assistance Italia from 2012 to 2017 and held the position of Head of Reward, Analytics & HR Cost at Europ Assistance. Matteo holds a Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Pavia and is pursuing further education in English at Dublin City University and participating in the Generali Leadership Program at HEC Paris.
