Rita Aires

Rita Aires currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Generali, starting in February 2024, where responsibilities include driving talent and organizational strategies, supporting leadership development, and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to this role, Rita held various HR positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance from December 2014 to January 2024, including Iberian Talent Advisor and Talent Advisor, focusing on strategic HR support across multiple countries and fostering positive workplace environments. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Business Partner and a Junior Human Resources Consultant at PTC.
