Karma Israelsen, M.A., SHRM-SCP, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pro Tempore Leadership Group, established in October 2018, specializing in interim executive leadership and strategic support for companies in turnaround or growth phases. Currently engaged as an Early Adopter at Generalist World and a Fractional Executive Leader at Fractionals United, Karma has previously held significant roles including Director of Client Services at Nuro Retention, Interim Chief Operating Officer at KIPP Memphis Collegiate Schools, and Chief Operating Officer at Upwardly Global. With a strong background in regulatory operations and compliance from tenure at Career Education Corporation, and leadership experience in healthcare at Howard Brown Health Center, Karma holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from DePaul University and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University.
