Rafal Wiater

Rafal Wiater is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CNC operations and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Vice President of CNC Operations at Generant Company Inc. since October 2017, Rafal has previously held roles including CNC Manager at New Jersey Precision Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included mentoring, CNC setups, lean manufacturing, production control, and strategic planning. Additional experience includes positions at New Jersey Tool and Die and American Products, focusing on CNC programming, setup, and quality control. Rafal holds a MasterCam degree from Kean University, along with degrees in Manufacturing CNC Operations, Project Management, and Business Administration from Zespol Szkol Elektronicznych in Poland and Union County College, respectively.
