Megan McLaughlin

Megan McLaughlin has a strong background in corporate affairs and communications. Megan is currently the Head of Corporate Affairs at Generate:Biomedicines, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Biogen, including Global Head of Strategy and Science Communications, Global Head of Strategy Communications, Head of CEO and Executive Communications, Head of R&D Strategy and Communications, Head of Worldwide Medical Communications, and Global Thought Leader Strategy. Their tenure at Biogen spanned from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Biogen, Megan worked at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as a Senior Programs Manager and at John Hancock Financial Services as a Marketing Event Planner and HR Communications specialist. Megan began their career at NMS Communications as an Investor Relations Specialist.

Megan McLaughlin attended Merrimack College from 1996 to 2000, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
