Teresa Blake

Teresa Blake serves as Senior Counsel for Clinical Contracts at Generate:Biomedicines since October 2025, following a role as Associate Director of Clinical Site Contracts at BlueRock Therapeutics, where significant contributions included establishing the site contracting function and managing contract and budget deliveries across clinical trials. Prior experience includes positions at Parexel, where Teresa managed site contract leaders and negotiations for clinical trial agreements, and at IQVIA, where responsibilities involved negotiating contracts with research institutions. Early career work focused on workers’ compensation law at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, complemented by a law clerk position at Mast, Mast, Johnson, Wells, & Trimyer, P.A. Teresa Blake holds a Juris Doctor from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Wake Forest University.
