Angus Maguire

Angus Maguire is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Finance at Generate since August 2021, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and Asset Manager within the same organization. Prior to Generate, Angus worked as a Valuation Intern at EDF Renewables North America, where skills in energy storage modeling and financial analysis were developed. Angus's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Sunrun, where roles progressed from Asset Analyst to Asset Manager, managing tax equity partnerships and overseeing asset sales totaling over $4 billion. Educational credentials include an MBA with a Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. Additional internships at Tree Line Investment Management and Yale University's Investments Office contributed to a strong foundational skill set in finance and investment analysis.
