Paddy Phelan

Paddy Phelan is an experienced professional in the construction and solar industries, currently serving as Solar Pre-Construction Manager at Generate since November 2022. Prior work includes a role as an Estimator at Borrego from June 2021 to September 2022, focusing on cost estimation for commercial ground mount solar projects.
