Tara Barnes

Tara Barnes is an experienced professional in People Operations and Marketing, currently serving as Vice President, People Operations at Generate since June 2020, after progressing through various leadership roles within the company. With a strong background in managing employee experiences and shaping global People Operations strategies, Tara has previously held positions such as Manager of Total Rewards & People Operations. Prior to Generate, Tara worked at Creative Group, Inc. as Manager of Operations and held roles in marketing at Free Range - Design and Innovation, Peaceable Kingdom, Pathable, Inc., A+ Events, and other organizations. Tara holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
