Phil O'Connell

Phil O'Connell is the Founder and Chairman of Simple Shared Healthcare Social Enterprise, which focuses on helping patients self-care using the NHS's Simple telehealth methodology. Phil previously worked as a Consultant Partner at Arioch Consulting, and as the Simple Telehealth Product Manager and Social Entrepreneur at NHS, where Phil created a pioneering telehealth solution. Phil has also held various consultant and leadership roles in companies like Panacea Services, Davis Langdon, and AstraZeneca. At Mediaburst Ltd, Phil served as the CIO and Operations Director, overseeing organizational change and platform upgrades for growth. Prior to that, Phil was the Head of the Programme Management Office at AstraZeneca and the Head of Information Systems at Energis.
