Emelia Dede Quist

Emelia Dede Quist currently serves as the Employer Engagement Manager at Generation Ghana, leading the recruitment and placement cycle for GROW programme graduates while managing employer partnerships to enhance employment opportunities. Prior to this role, Emelia worked at CarvinClay People Development as General Manager and Acting General Manager, overseeing operations, budgets, and delivery of HR services. Emelia also held various positions at the National Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Burns Centre, focusing on fundraising and donor management, and contributed as a Consultant at Senafak Company Limited and as a Marketing Assistant and Event Coordinator at Truth Marketing Communications. Emelia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana.
