Hal Sarjant

Hal Sarjant has extensive work experience in product design and interaction design. They started their career as a Student Researcher at the University of Bristol, Department of Physics in 2014. They then worked as an Experience Designer at KPMG UK, focusing on visual design, prototyping, research, and user experience from October 2015 to May 2017. Hal then joined Fjord as an Interaction & Service Designer, where they worked from May 2017 to January 2020, initially as a Junior and later as a Senior. They then joined Bud as a Product Designer from January 2020 to April 2020. Hal's most recent role was at Generation Home, where they joined as a Product Designer in April 2020 and was subsequently promoted to Product Design Lead and later became the Head of Product Design in November 2022.

Hal Sarjant attended The Compton School from 2004 to 2009, where they completed their GCSE. Hal then went on to study at Woodhouse College from 2009 to 2011 and obtained their A Levels. Subsequently, they pursued a degree in Environmental Geoscience at the University of Bristol from 2011 to 2015, earning an MSci (Hons) in the field.
