Sobelman has also founded 3 Properties, a triple net lease investment brokerage firm, and has held various roles at companies such as Costco Wholesale, ICSC, Calkain Companies, and Grubb & Ellis. Sobelman has received executive education in Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
