Alicia B.

Alicia B. has extensive experience in the field of reproductive science and fertility. Alicia currently works as the Laboratory Director at Generation Next Fertility since 2021. Previously, they held roles at TMRW Life Sciences, Inc. from 2019 to 2023, where they served as a Platform User Experience Specialist and later as the Director of Embryology. At ReproSource, Inc., they worked as a Research Scientist from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Alicia worked as an Embryologist at Midwest Fertility Specialists from 2014 to 2018. Alicia also had a brief stint as an Instructor at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2017, where they played a key role in developing lessons and mentoring students pursuing a Masters in Embryology. Alicia's early career included a role as a Gamete Biologist II and Technical Supervisor at the Center for Reproductive Biology of Indiana, where they conducted clinical research, published scientific papers, and gained extensive experience in various aspects of embryology and andrology.

Alicia B. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Reproductive Clinical Sciences from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University. Alicia also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Alicia B. has certifications including High Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) obtained in 2020, and they have been a Technical Supervisor in Embryology and Andrology with the American Board of Bioanalysis since 2006.
