Aleysha Serrato Garfias has extensive experience in business development and partnerships. Aleysha has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Generation and Partners of the Americas, where Aleysha worked on public-private partnerships and program coordination. Aleysha also served as Chief Program Officer at Fundación Comunitaria de la Frontera Norte, A.C., overseeing programs such as "A Ganar" and "Jóvenes y Filantropía." Additionally, Aleysha has experience in administrative management with the Cd. Juarez City Government. Aleysha holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Creation and Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
